So I get in my car today after work & after letting it warm up as usual I head off. When I get on it the turbo squeals a hell of alot louder than usual & then the bpv is so much louder too. It didnd feel like it was pulling any harder than usual, just that the turbo was working more. I got out & checked all the intake connections & everything is fine.....what the hell is wrong w/ it?!?!?!

Need more info, but your wastegate might be ready to go. Watch your Boost Guage.

I dont have a boost gauge yet lol thats what sucks. It just feels like its trying to boost more but nothing happens & the turbo whine is amplified x 2 & so is the turkey sound.

another msp owner down here had his turbo squealing louder than normal, almost like a whistling-grinding noise... took it to the dealer and they replaced the turbo b/c the fins were scratching the walls. It just "happened" one day, out of the blue. Do you have the "accessibility" to take it in??? Is this the same squeal? The only way to describe this sound is that it's a loud spooling noise with an underlying/subtle grind. We really had to listen carefully to hear the grind.

You picked it up from where ? The dealer? More info is needed bro. Does it happen AFTER warm up (to operating temps) or all the time ? Does it sound like a boost leak ? does the car feel slower?

It very possibly could be a vacume leak. I had the same issue. To find a vac leak, get some carb cleaner, and spray it over your vac lines, when your RPMS go up, you have found your leak.

Seriously, post more info as myself and many others here can help ya out. If possible post a GOOD QUALITY sound clip from behind the wheel and from the front with the hood open.

his first post answers most of your questions. after WORK, he warmed it up, and heard it when DRIVING home. he said it doesnt feel different.

Sorry, gotta remember I AM a TECH. I like to hear the SAME thing TWO or THREE times from a customer so I KNOW that THINGS are NOT left OUT.

Anyways, it very likely could be a VAC leak. Get some Carb cleaner and spray over your hoses (even the IC pipes) and listen for a slight increase of RPMS. IF you hear it, thats your problem.
