If it's something you might want to do often, it might be nice to invest in a small router and a circle jig: http://home.flash.net/~jaspera/

I've used a small one many times! It's easy and painless. Then, you can make some for sale yourself. ;)

Well, I gotta finish my own box first...heh heh.

I have contemplated making some boxes and selling them on ebay. The problem is that even though subwoofers come in standard sizes (8", 10", 12", etc) the cutouts are not always standard and the mounting depth is almost always different. Even if you account for that, people won't be willing to pay for the box. Even DIYers will tell you fiberglassing materials don't come cheap.

Anyway, I have a router to make rings. The one piece of hardware I am missing is a tablesaw to make boxes. I'm closing on a condo with my fiance on Thursday...it has a small workspace in the cellar that I'm going to turn into a workshop. Of course the better half has a few projects lined up for me already :)
