my horn doesnt work....

why doesnt my horn work? anyone have any suggestions as to why or what i could do to fix it? i have to get my car inspected and in NC it wont pass unless the horn works....ahhhh what to do?

but i dont think that they had to dissconnect the horn....or atleast why would they??

but i dont think that they had to dissconnect the horn....or atleast why would they??Its hard tellin....just check the fuses and the connection at the horn..THey had to put a new bumper on so its hard tellin what got disconnected in the process.

a buddy of mine said it MAY be the 'clock spring'

a buddy of mine said it MAY be the 'clock spring'ok...heres what ya do...do what i said FIRST....then if its hooked up,check to see if you are getting 12V when the horn is depressed at the horn connections itself...if so...REPLACE THE HORN!
