new turbo no power through gears

Well mazda put on my new factory turbo yesterday. Turbo spools up but lags alot and hesitates even more. No power at all. Any ideas. Im taking it back today i work there im an advisor so they will look at it. It feels like it hits full boost then it just wont go while on the gas hard. Oh i also changd all belts but i cant remeber if they set timing after the belts being changd.

Did you ever reset the ecu? Check the IC pipes for leaks.

i THINK I FOUND THE WASTE GATE LINE CRACKED. OK ILL SEND PICS OUT TO YOU WHEN I GET HOME. THEY LOOK AWESOME
