HiBoost is proud to announce the new turbo kit for the Mazda3 with the 2.0 liter engine for both the 5 speed and the ATX.
The kit is availbale and here are the results of the dyno. The engine seems to like the boost more than the 2.3 as it allows more boost due to a shorter stroke engine.
We were able to get 223 WHP at 10 psi. Here are the results.

could this also mean an NC turbo kit is possible?

could this also mean an NC turbo kit is possible?
different compression ratio, ecu and totally different internals than the 3, but yes possible

I'm pretty sure this is from a 2.0L ATX.

well what i would like to know is if you could break down the major differences between the f10x and e6x. what is the cause for the price difference on the two?
thanks for the help!

If you looked up the Haltech you would clearly see the differences....
F10X is a fuel only controller.
E6X is a fuel and Timing controller.
Edited...I meant timing instead of injection...LOL

cool thanks for the info. sometimes it hard to do a whole lot of searching on a treo, webpages can be kinda a large download at times.

F stands for fuel only computer (F10X)
E stands for engine management (E6X)
So the F series do only fuel and the E series do both fuel and timing
They have the F5, F10X the E6X, E8 and E11

HiBoost WAS at one point an AV but the status has to be renewed. If a vendor does NOT have the following blue title "Authorized Vendor" below their username they are NOT an AV.
If you're not sure about a vendor...please PM me!

It would be great if HiBoost could lead the way into turboing a 06 Miata MX5. I know clearances in that engine bay are tight, but I know the could possibly engineeer their way around it.

Get me a car and we will do it.

Juan any updates on the 2.0 kit and its #ers?
The BiG Boost kit installed on the 2.0 Mazda 3 made 421 WHp at 20 psi and a GT35R turbo.
I will post pictures and Dyno results soon.

what else is done on the 3i? atx/mtx? Plans for a 1/4 mile run?

Will this kit pass emissions? It will pass emissions if the stock ECU is left and unmodified. All other emission components are left stock.

The 3 is has been running very consistent 11.8 at the 1/4 mile. I am working on a better clutch and the tranny gears so I can raise the boost to 28 psi.

Holy crap!
how the hell do you get that to the ground?

HiBoost is back!
(bump)
Hi there, new to your forums!
I'm really interested in this turbo kit, but there are few things that are bugging me atm.
1. 2.0 l engine has a compression rate of 10.8, from what ive heard from different people, turbo can kill engine with such compression.
2. Is it essential to have forged internals, or you can run on stock engine without hurting it much?
3. What clutch would you recommend to cope with the new power?

Will this fit the sedan? On your website it shows a pic of a Hatchback.
