Done a search fro what plugs people are using but there arent any real definitive answers on which are the best. So i wanna get a current "census" I guess of what people are running spark plug wise. Currenty im using Bkr7e's but they dont last long at all...
-Model, heat range, extended reach?
-How long do they last before fouling?
-What material (Copper, etc)?
-Price and where you got them?
-What gap are you running and are you stock or modded?

I ran BKR7E plugs for a while, but they fouled out since I didn't race all the time. Usually you don't want a colder plug unless you really need it.
From all the plug experts I've talked to, they all say to stick with the form factor of your stock plugs because the engineers know best about the placement of the spark in the chamber.
Right now I have 3" exhaust, I'm flashed, and I'm running 7psi with the stock plugs. No fouling problems or pre-ignition, but I'm not exactly pushing the envelope with boost. The reason I ran the colder copper plugs before was that I was boosting at 10psi (I wasn't flashed at the time, but had the Joe P FPR to lean it out). I pulled the new copper plugs after a hard run and they were coated.
Basically, I wouldn't run colder plugs unless you are agressively tuned and at 9-10psi+. Even then you will probably foul them out if you don't drive hard often.

I'm running the copper BKR7Es right now and i'm not too happy with them. They are almost gone after 4Kmiles. Plus the car feels sluggish at stock boost. High boost(12psi) runs great though. Once I get boost dialed down to 10psi, I'll be running a stock heat range plug once again.

I'm on my second set of stock plugs,47,000 miles. When I changed the original plugs at 30,000 they looked fine with no adverse signs. Boosting up to 14psi at times. There is nothing wrong with using the stock plugs. Its not like they are $2 cheapo plugs. Just my 2 cents.

True whats the model of the stock plugs again? I know they vary from MSP TO MSP according to what I have read before.
