will the single high flow cat on the vibrant exhaust be enough for emissions inspection?

Here in PA cars that were made after 1998 i think do dnot go throught the typical emission test where you have to put a test tupe in the exhaust pipe. Rather a computer is pluged into the cars ecu, and ig u have no cell ur fine. But thats just here.

i was under the impression that harris county does have emissions testing and they were angered how cars from fort bend would pollute their air. so ft. bend started emissions inspection last year. correct me if im wrong...

really? well that sucks.
hey i ran a quick search online and found that they run an OBD scan for emissions testing. so as long as you're not throwing a cel, you should be ok.

i don't think it would pass in Cali!
my only option to increase flow AND stay somewhat legal is to get an S/J pipe, keep the stock cats and get a larger diameter catback.
so what are my options? MAM or Corksport S/J pipes > stock cats > Greddy SP2, JIC catback

alright, i went to an inspection place and if the car doesnt throw a CEL then it will pass. so from what i have read, the vibrant will work.
