Hub Nuts & Rotor Replacement

I'm looking to replace the discs and rotors on my '03 ES.

Two Questions:

Do I need to replace the springs connecting the pads in the calipers?

What size are the hub nuts, and do I need to replace them as well?

Alldata gives pictures but no bolt/nut sizes or specific instructions for brake work.

I don't remember seeing it in the thread, but loosen the brake reservoir cap before retracting the pistons for the new pads. Check fluid when done, tighten the cap before pressing the brakes! ;)
