cost me $130 for a set of tein s.techs and installed them myself. car handles better after lowering. gotta be careful about snow and bumps/ditches after or you could scrape or even break somethin underneath

I have H&R. Lowered about 1.3" and no real problems. I have shovelled snow with the front end but it was on an unplowed driveway.
Pm me or you can use AIM- ||Corksport|| if you want some prices on any springs.
I have 17" MP3 wheels

I have a set of used Progress springs, they lowered the car two inches, I just put air bags on the car so I wont be needing them. If you pay for shipping, probably around 30 bucks in the US. I will give them to you.

Never heard the term "low down" used as a verb.
Search for springs on the board. Remember that you will eventually have to upgrade your struts as well.
For what it's worth, I love my prokit/tokico combo:

yeah i'm looking to lower my P5 as well (need wheels/tires first). i have found some H&R (-1.3" f/r)and some B&G (-1.4" f/r) springs that both go for under $200 if you want it to be even. eibach has the prokit which is -1.4" front and -1.2" rear i think, but i've seen it priced at over $200 generally. eibach also has the sportline springs that lower -1.8" f/r i think but according to eibach's site the won't fit the P5, they run a little over $200 as well.... by the way i'm not sure if it makes any difference, but is there an advantage to having the drop levels different for the front and rear?

TEIN SS coilovers lowered all the way down. Yeah it's low, but the ride is really bumpy now. I think I have close to 0 suspension travel. I did it for the heck of it.

I put the Eibach Prokit on in early 2003 and am still running the stock struts after 80 thousand miles and all is good. After dropping I highly encourage you to get a 4 wheel allignment at a quality alignment shop.
Not a tire shop that also does allignments.
