how does it connect to the ipod? Like could I plug this into my laptop via headphone jacks and listen to my laptop over the radio?

nope will only work with an Ipod and they are garbage if you live somewhere that you dont have 3 or 4 open stations in a row

my friend has one for his legacy GT (cant install an aftermarket radio) and we dont have any 3 station gaps here anywhere in the radio so na matter what station he puts it on there always seems to be inteference but as soon as he left the area on his way down to florida it worked fine

well thanks for helping out my gauging interest thread. considering i never changed jack and it works great for me, and youre trashing the entire lot of them with one experience in one area, with a product you never actually owned. :rolleyes:

it comes with whatever it comes with retail comes with. i never had to use any software i just plugged it in. make me an offer and ill pull the box down etc.

the itrip is a great product! no problems for me at all! except when i dropped the ipod...

oh, not to kill your thread matthew, just to help some members out...they're retail $25 at target now..i got mine for $40 at best buy
