Well I really really like these headlights and I want to buy them, but first I have a few important questions that need to be answered.

1) Do these take the same bulbs as the MSP's do because I have an HID kit and it needs to fit in these?

2) How are the fitment on them?

3) Are there any know leaking problems with these?

4) Are they worth the $120 shipped?

Here's the link to the lights:

I don't have an answer for you, but an opinion on these lights....

These look essentially the same as factory, only difference being they don't have the orange corner. Your car is orange though....? I'd think the orange would look better on that car than clear. I don't see why you would want to spend that much money to do such a minor thing.... just my opinion. Take it as you wish. :)

Those are labelled as "Protege5" lights so you want to make sure the P5 and the MSP have the same headlights (I don't know, however I know the tail-lights are different).

they are labelled incorrectly. the protege5 headlights have seperate high and low beam segments to them. the headlights pictured are sedan headlights.

Correct. The stock MSP lights are single-lamp, the same light is used for high and low, which are pictured.

However, the only differences that I've noticed are the lack of amber reflector, which is replaced by clear, and possibly a slightly blacker non-reflective surface.

I'd say save the $120 and do it yourself.

When people remove the reflector themself it looks goofy though. You can see the bulb.....

yeah, but I think I saw kit somewhere that replaced the amber with a clear cover and it was pretty cheap.

1) Do these take the same bulbs as the MSP's do because I have an HID kit and it needs to fit in these? Yes, the stock bulbs fit fine! I also had HIDs and I had to customize them a little to fit but they worked
2) How are the fitment on them? Very good! Fit just like oem

3) Are there any know leaking problems with these? I have had these for a few months and havent had any fogging or leaking problems

4) Are they worth the $120 shipped? Depends! Its cheaper to do it yourself and just buy clear corners but I didnt feel like sticking my headlight in the oven to take it apart so I just bought these instead!

Here are some pics of them on my msp.....

I don't like those lights. I agree that it seems a lot of money too for such a minor mod. There are another set of headlights on ebay that look better IMO, that have the corner parking light in a similar housing as the signal light. They look good but still way too pricey..

i really like them, im not gonna lie. and if you're anything like me, you're not into the diy projects because im just not comfortable doing that stuff. afraid i'll fuck it up and end up paying for it.... i say go for it if you like them. would look especially sick/clean on a silver or yellow speed.
