View Full Version : Turbo kit for the 2.0 not out yet??

I've looked hours on the net looking for a turbo kit for the 2.0L mazda 3. I've found a couple of companies working on it (Hass, maybe Hiboost). Would the 2.3 kit bolt up?? I know the software would be different (engine management) but you can run 6-7 psi off the stock fuel set up. Does anyone know or have tried it?? (dunno) Let me know.

Is the 2 liter not that same once the foci use? Wouldn't one of the turbo kits for them work?

yes I too would like to know if there is a kit, or a kit being made for the 2.0L

I would like to turbo once the warrenty is done!!

The HiBoost kit WILL work with the 2.0L they just tune the Haltech dfferently. trust me i've already been through the whole questionare with them

No. The MZR 2.0 is a de-tuned MZR 2.3.

Manual, love it. and hear you about saving some more $$ i'm falling a little short. About how long do youy think the motor will last on normal driving conditions with boost??? (drive)

the best guy to ask would be Juan. but i am gonna be getting rods and pistons 4 better compression better reliability...yea it aint easy savin $$$ mainly 4 me cause i have a lil baby girl
