Cooling Unit Question

I have a 2000 protege. I have water collecting on the passenger side floor. I feel water dripping from the bottom of the evaporator.

I'm pretty sure it's the drain tube that's clogged, but how do I get to it. Do I remove the 2 bolts on the cooling unit to take off the bottom and clean. Or what.

Any help would be appreciated. I've searched the forum, but I couldn't find the how to. Just the what. I know it's the drain tube, but I don't know how to get access.
