I looked into the rear door panels, and there's room for speakers, but no wiring and such. I have an Alpine CDE-9845 deck and was wondering if it was possible to wire speakers into the rear doors? Sorry i'm a noob, and any help is appreciated
Thanks!

Why would you want speakers in the rear doors?

You can install speakers into the rear doors. I've always contemplated putting some nice mids in there to balance things out a bit, but i realized it was oging to be a pain in the ass.
You'd have to run new speaker wire through to the panels, and to you're deck unless you wanted to be ghetto and run it a shorter distance to your rear speakers already in the car.
Not to mention it won't sound as good as you'd like unless oyu have them on a seperate amp, because that deck isn't powerful enough to run 4 rear speakers.

If you already have rear speakers you cannot connect another set to the head unit. It cannot handle the extra load and it will overheat. To do this you need an external amp.

it's a pain in the ass to do. i was going to do this a while back, but i didn't want to go through all the trouble of putting new wires in the door and all that crap. if that's what u want, go ahead and do it.

i don't think it is hard to do but i don't think it will benefit your audio system like you would want it to......

I thought about doing it in my sedan but never did.....

don't think i missed anything.....
