need help quick with turbo timer

I just need to know what colors the 12v, the ac, and the on are on the stock wiring harness so we can hook it up to the turbo timer....

Is there a way to disconect the ignition harness, so I don't have to get a neck cremp or ech being sideways trying to wire my tt up.
