Smoked or red overlays for tails on Titanium ??

This is a tough one..... smoked might look really good with my Titanium as I have tinted windows, but the red overlays are really custom and give a uniquie look. I have seen too many cars with the black tail-light covers or spray-painted tint on the tail lights... though these are different, from a distance they provide the same 'look'. Sample pics are below, though I have never seen a titanium with either. I appreciate the input.

I think the smoked looks great personally, I bet it would look very nice over stock or the ricier tails, even on the titanium. The smoked is dark enough that it is a much different colour from the titanium of the car, because if it was too light it might not look good. I have a spicy and want the smoked look on my stock tails, do you have any info on it? Is it just a spray can?

if i had your titanium...i would put the stockers back on and tint them, because the dark tails would complement the tinted windows as well as the dark colored car...very stealth looking imo

thats crazy... i have a titanium and i almost did the same thing. i bought all the supplies and ended up returning them. i dont want the ricer look and my brother has a supercharged 97 BMW M3. i asked him if he tought i should tint them he said absolutely not. then I asked my friend who has a 98 SVT cobra and he said a big no also. I think it would look good, but I really want to stay away from the ricey look so I decided not to. i also spoke to a friend (not a MSP owner) who tinted his taillights and regrets it. i dont know its a toss up but if you want i photoshopped some pictures of my car to see what it would look like with smoked tails. if you want them PM me.
