Coilovers from regular Protege to Protege5?

Im looking at a set of coilovers for a 99-03 Protege, the guy says they will fit a Protege5? Is this true? Please help...

I believe that technically they will fit (though I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong), but the drop will be different on the P5 than it would be on the sedan, due to the extra weight of the hatch. Basically, your ass-end will end up sitting lower than your front compared to what it would if the coilovers were on the sedan; it may end up looking funny.
