Sorry guys, but I need to vent.......so I ordered an HKS axelback from Ken at protegegarage. About a week went by and I hadn't heard anything, so I emailed Ken. He let me know that the primary warehouse was out and he could get it from his secondary warehouse but it'd be about $25 extra for shipping. I agreed, and about a week later still nothing. I emailed Ken again and apparently HKS was trying to tell him it would be $60 extra plus 15%! Ken gave me the option of waiting for the primary warehouse, which was looking at about 2 weeks or refunding me the money. I had him refund me the money as there is always one or two of these on ebay, in stock, or so I thought. Before I continue I just wanna say that Ken was on top of everything and despite all the hiccups along the way, he was very helpful and never once forgot about me. I will def be doing business w/ him again. So anyway, I order the exhaust off ebay from a dealer who "has 2 available" on 7/22. 4 days later I ask for a tracking#. I didn't think this was too much to ask. I get a response of, and I quote, "money recieved, item shipped today or yesterday." Ok, so if you shipped it, then you should prob know which day it was, and where's my damn tracking#? I emailed them again yesterday, and today I get a response that the exhaust is on backorder, but they have ordered it from hks already. How do you put 2 items available on ebay, and not even have them in stock?! Sorry for the long rant, but I just want my exhaust dammit!!!!!!! (bang)
