Help finding the drain plug / fill hole on transmission (pic)

Is that the drain plug there on the bottom below the speed sensor? And is that larger bolt/screw on the side (above the sensor) the fill hole?

i thought the drain plug was on the differatial housing.. thats where most of them are, lowest point on the tranny.. could be wrong though..
