hey, does anyone have the greddy profec type s ebc? i'm in the market for getting an EBC and i like this one. my joe p has to go, its not stable.

I have the joep and its a piece of sh*t. I just bought the profec b spec II b/c the joep wasnt accurate. But my friend has the type s and its accurate & easy to use. The spec II is little harder to use but you have extra control.

IMO it is one of the best ebc's on the market. I would not hesitate to get it at all. Doesn't spike, doesn't creep, and boost doesn't fall off. Easy to use, it is the whole package.

yea, i would highly reccomend that boost controller, very easy to use, best on the market

Based on the very popular original PRofec B, the all new PRofec-B Spec II’s basic function to increase boost is as easy as the original, with an added built in boost pressure display and optional features like real-time, peak or last boost display (in either kPa or PSI). There are optional warning and boost limiter functions that can be programmed to offer much more control.

ohhh, so compared to the spec 2 how is the profec type s. i know it is more basic but can i still set a limiter or say a high and low boost map

I'm pretty sure that it doesnt have a boost limiter.
