There is a thread in the how-to-section for removing tranny. Thats what you need to do to get access to clutch and flywheel.
Does not seem that bad if you have lift/correct tools. I paid someone to do it for me.......
wat i need to know is did anyone who put these 2 things in have any problems? like the clutch not engaging after? starts fine but clutch won't engage?

Did you put shorter bolts in the clutch cover? You can't use the stock bolts.
hmmm... i see. Any other ideas or possibilities? any help is greatly appreciated. (drinks)

I have this same setup myself, but had a shop do the install for me. Loved the setup until 2 nights ago, when my LSD took a dump (is now in 2 perfectly severed pieces... would never know they were supposed to be one, clean break) while I was 200 miles away on business. The poor speed is currently in a trans shop in the middle of Illinois awaiting parts. The story will take me an hour to type, and I'll probably start a bitch-thread on it tomorrow, once I regain my composure.
The original diagnosis from the tech at said shop was that my new stage 2 ACT clutch fried my Fidonza flywheel, which were both installed less than 60 days ago. He was mistaken, and I am out of a car for a while. =(
Wish I could help more on the tech side of the install.
o shit that sucks man. Please keep us updated.

What plate and disc are you referring to from ACT? They don't have 'stages' like other companies do. Either their HD or XT pressure plate would work fine... along w/ their street disc.
There won't be any issues running two different companies parts. Flywheel and clutch.
