hey guys, i was just wondering if anyone else has had experiences with bad paint on your MSP. My front lip has paint peeling off of it pretty bad, so i figured it would get covered under warrant, but when i took it in for all the warranty BS the dealership guy told me that my lip was repainted and that they wouldn't cover it because of that... so i'm wondering if the peeling paint is something that has happened a lot in the MSP world, because his reason for it being repainted was another spot on the lip was bubbling up (getting ready to peel like the other parts) and also there was a spot that looked like a hair got caught in the paint and that it couldn't have happened at the factory because they dip the lips and dont spray them, how that makes a difference to a hair getting stuck in the wet paint i have no idea, but i wasn't gonna argue with him right then... also he claimed that they wouldn't fix my rear lip falling off because i am the second owner of the car (even though i took possesion of it at 2400 miles) and that the first owner could have removed the lip and then put it back on, and THAT is the reason it is falling off, what do you think of that?
and i'm about to search on this right now, but if someone could shoot me the TSB for the low idle/EGR problem i'd appreciate it, they claimed that it just needed the ECU reflashed but the idle still drops low...
