Since mx3ownzjoo or whatever his name is spelled (smash) showed off his wingless SS i've wanted to take off my wing, anyways what is the latest year that our trunks are universal with is it 99+ sedans or does it have to be 01+. Also, any ideas where i can find one besides a junkyard? Thanks in advance.

Would it be cheaper to have your trunk holes filled and painted or painting an entire new trunk lid?

is the silver on regular proteges the same as the silver of the msp's?

refilling the holes and getting everything painted again would run around 400 or so, so assuming the silver colors match, to find a standard, wingless sedan trunk and buy that would be cheaper.

its the same silver. my trunk is a just a shade or two off(compare the trunk and trunk light insert) and its from a 99 Protege. Most trunks go for ~$350, but I found a deal on a clean local one for $160.
