i knew it... and you all doubted me. I would assume this is the newest version. I think they had a problem with the heatshield or something. Oh no wait, it was the bearing or something from what I'm finding.

The versions had to do with ballbearing and non ballbearing parts I believe. The second using the ballbearings. And from that picture, that is the second gen(w/ ballbearings).

this one does fit with stock shift knob as well from what I know. Dr. Sound, PM SENT mang.

theJohnny, i think u're right about it fitting the knobs but i'm not sure.
the shifter is heat-wrapped in plastic and i dont want to open it to try to fit the knob on it. cause then it wont be in "never opened" condition ;).
