All you Canadians and other non-Americans can take a hike. Today is July 4th, our Independence day. It's like Cinco de Mayo for us up here. Except with debatably more illegal fireworks, more beer, and less margaritas.

Make sure you get out there today and celebrate the sacrifices our forefathers made for us by taking our freedoms for granted and having a good time.

That is my whole point, my ancestors did not die defending this country's independence so that 230 years later people could sit on their buts boozing and blowing shit up.
