If you were to spend the money for a motor swap, I would put a v-8 or a srt-4 motor in.

Yep, that's why there's a budget on my Mazdaspeed. Once I can't get gains on the track past what I could have spent on another car to get the same gains.. Time to stop spending money.

not really, that is one of the worst engines , reliablty wise.. they make good power, but are always in for repairs it seems..
