Hey there, I have been out of town for a month, and my has been sitting in my garage all this time with a full tank of gas. What are some off the things i should do before starting it again. Or, this there anything to worry about or look out for. Car has 37,500 miles or so, and a 02 p5.

Turn the key. You should be fine as long as it hasn't been sitting outside. You might want to let it idle a little longer than normal. You should also consider changing the oil.
Honestly though, every two weeks of sitting, a car should be started. Though this applies more to the winter months than summer.

No worries. Just do what Zath said.
I don't think your gas would go bad in a month. A season, yes, a month, no.

The gas will last for a year and still hold.

A month!!! You're probably going to need a complete engine rebuild and most likely the transmission will need to be replaced as well (hand)
PSSHHH... you need a new car....(drive)

personally, i would disconnect the coil pack and crank it over a few times, get the oil pressure back up.. then start it and let it idle for 10 min..
