Tow Hitch for 1998

Hi Guys, I'm looking for a tow hitch for my 98 protege so I can mount a bike rack on and so far most places I've tried including Uhaul either don't have em or charge an arm and a leg for it.

I'm not looking to tow anything with it, just mount a bike rack and I'll need one with a 2 inch receiver, anyone out there shopped for this kind of stuff before? Thanks
