Hello all i am new to this board but i could really use some help. I have an 02 mazda protege es and i just installed the eibach pro kit lowering springs. The problem is that everytime i hit a bump the sway bar links hit my suspension. Has anyone ever run into this problem and if so do you know how to fix it?
Thanks very much ahead of time.
If you reconnected them thye shouldnt hit. If you are hearing a clunk sound form the wheel well either the endlinks arent tight enough or you put the strut together wrong.

yeah, if the endlinks are not fully tightened they will make a terrible noise/banging sound!

After you guys suggested that i went and checked the endlinks and sure enough one of them was disconnected they ball joint came out of the socket.
LoL!!!! I hear ya man! This is THE common issue when dropping the car. 90% of people had same thing including me. Good thing that you cought the problem shortly. I was having damn clunk for like a week or two. Even put the friggin' washers on top of the rear struts HaHa! Lets see some pics of your ride man!
