post em if you got em, pics of the stock msp S-Pipe removed from the car. specifically I am interested in seeing the flange that attaches to the j-pipe.

trying to determine if those are 3 bolts in there with nuts on the top or 3 studs that are permenently attached to the S-pipe. I am under the impression it is the latter however while installing a j-pipe one of those studs started to rotate so im trying to figure out what im dealing with...

These studs are in the exhaust housing of the turbo. You need only remove "5" nuts to remove the stock S pipe.

Just the nut should come off, but on a friends car the whole stud came out, its not problem, just put it back in when reinstalling.

right now when I turn the nut the stud turns with it

are you saying the stud will just unscrew itself from the S-Pipe and then if i tighten it back up the stud will eventually stop rotating when it is fully screwed in and then the nut will tighten itself up? I didnt realize the stud was screwed in itself

im still gonna have to bring it a a shop to have the S-pipe removed and the new one put on I think, that middle bolt especially is fucking insanity. good to know i didnt somehow break my s-pipe though
