How Would My MSP Run W/ A 3in Exhaust And All I Have Done Is 10Psi Boost, Bov,And Intake. Should I Go 3 Or Something Else?

2.5" is plenty for the power most people are pushing. Go too big and you lose low-end torque.

Depends what kind of exhaust (turbo back, cat back....). If it is a true Turbo Back, at 10 psi given your supporting mods you should be in the 230 peak whp region (it all depends on how good your intake/exhaust is). A FMIC would be a good idea too because Miami is a hot place and you'll only be making that power for a short period of time before heat soak stifles your stock SMIC.
