would it fit a 2.25 magnaflow cat-back???/it is the oem / stock midpipe with cat the car came with from the factory...i think it was 2.25"...if your magnaflow cat-back bolts up to factory locations this will work

Yep that's the stock cat. There are other forum members selling this for around 30 shipped just so you know...
