Ok, this is kinda hard to explain in typing. But anyways, driving home from work last night, the car was fine like it always is. But once I was a few blocks from home, I was leaving a stop sighn, just normal driving like a 1/4 throttle and was at like 0vac and the car was going no where, than, it "snapped" and threw my head back and was fine, then into second gear the same thing happend. And even on the freeway this morning going a steady speed, every now and then, it would do it, it felt like someone was pulling the parking brake for a second and I was driving. Any help would be awsome.

thanks guys,
Ian

sounds like a case of infamous hesitation ..... happens to me sometimes, not all the time. i bought my car used, so i have a feeling it had its ECU flashed, not sure. i hear DSMConvert's SplitSecond AFC would help smooth out the AFC and lessen the hesitation. i belive it's about $300 and is an easy install (tapping a few wires at the ecu).

ok this is what happened to my car. It got this wierd feeling, like you say car goes nowhere even if I mash it. I can't make boost maybe 4 pounds and I'm like wtf then the cel came on. I have a scanner so I'm cool with that I can check it, code came up p2006 intake manifold port closed. wierd so I cleared the light to see if the car would drive normal but it didn't so*no it drives like crap again but no cel I'm driving everywhere trying to make it come on no luck. then all of a sudden it goes back to normal about 8 pounds and the intake sucking loud as it always did before, yay! for like 15 min. then again slow and no boost. wtf, so today I thought maybe I should clean the intake about 30-45min later after removing every vac line and putting some sea-foam through every one and trough the throtle body the car feels normal again. yay, sea-foam did the job and I did drive the car a lot after about 2 hours through traffic. I'll keep you guys posted If it goes back to slow againg as it drove me crazy.

It's not hesitation at 1/4 throttle. Hesistation occurs when you are getting too much boost/MAF airflow. If your head snapped back then it means you got a sudden surge of power, not a loss of it. I would check your vacuum hose to your wastegate.
