Thanks.I wish I had a better camera so you could see how much metallic flake is in the paint. It was a pain in the ass taking care of them when they were silver. I spent way too much time polishing each wheel to get the waterspots off or they'd look like shit.

I used some of that dupli-color wheel paint and clear coat. I wasnt impressed at all by the clear though. Even after 3-4 coats on each wheel, they barely have any gloss to them. Looks glossy if the sun hits it right though.

yeah when it comes to the duplicolor clear you really got to spray the crap outta the wheels! If you put it on real thick it actually turns out real well and has a nice glossy finish

*O, and "Goo Gone" and a credit card goes a long way to remove that adhesive crap left behind from your moldings. Goo Gone makes a gel now too which is nice because you can spray it on and let it work and it won't just run off like the old stuff used to do.

You need at least a 2 inch drop if you want it slammed. If thats the case I would probly go coilovers. Otherwise you need to get some really aggressive lowering springs and some adjustable struts.

im runnin the illuminas and coilover sleeves from groundcontrol, and it might as well be track stiff, so if you dont mind the stiffness go for it. I dont mind it at all. but that will have you at a good ground clearance, unless u plan on runnin with the bc2 kit later.(yippy)

The MSPs and MP3s came with stiffer trunk springs to compensate for the weight difference with the spoiler. The complete opposite happened when I put the spoiler on my car, lol. Trunk would come crashing down on it's own when you went to close it. So much better with the MSP trunk springs.

& if they don't find something, they'll still give you a stupid ticket for some bullshit. Pre-cf hood, never had my hood popped or got treated as an illegal street racing punk, while I had it I got it 3 times.

Lol, ya I can see yours didn't line up well at all at the hood. Mine is crappy where it lines up with the left Q panel, and the left fender. Skirts fit perfect, but now I've gone and cracked one :(

Speaking of the kit, I finally put my front license plate on. Drilled a few holes on the inner part of the left vent, mounted a bracket there. Looks decent, and if I want to take it off, the holes won't be seen.

It is tough to get a good fitment. My side skirt is cracked and the front bumper has a few surface blemishes too. Lots of scraping underneath too, lol.

I think the WW pushes it too, especially the 19 pieces or whatever it is, where you actually add on fender flares. That's a bit much and looks terrible. A local here actually had one, very ugly in person.

Personally if I had the go on anything i would buy another 1.6 with 5spd that a local has for sale. Its like 5-600 for the pair. Rebuild it with quality parts (clutch, fordged pistons, etc) and put together a turbo setup for it. I could come up with the cash to do it this summer but its just not an option. I considered an integra as a replacement, how did you like them?

you actually cant buy nightshades in canada, although thats what you can use in the US.

i simply used "Smoke", or "transparent black" laquer model paint.
its meant to tint windows on model cars. but works fine for lights.

you just need to wet-sand them, spray,spray,spray,wetsand,spray clear, spray clear, spray clear, and polish + wax.

looks fine,
but just like dubs, mine need to be resprayed too, the right side looks lighter than the left lol.

its pretty easy, just practice on something first.

you can buy VHT nightshade at any Performance Improvements across canada. I keep reading people saying you cant find it in canada. The basic store like CT and napa wont have it, it has to be a aftermarket shop. its $15. i used 5 coats to make my shit real dark.

I think this would look much better than just the reverse light. Just the reverse light doesn't look "clean" to me for some reason. Even tho I do like smoked/dark tails & lights.

Agreed. You are way into the extreme over the top super HDR as well, which hurts the eyes. I honestly think if you are still in the process of learning photography, and post processing, ignore HDR and the fancy night shots and take some clean day shots. They are far easier to learn PP on, and just as satisfying. In regards to learning photography, I think you are biting off more than you can chew right now. Keep it simple.

IMO, the more editting, the crappier the pic gets. HDR isn't good for every single day shot you take, it's just a style that suits certain images. There's tons of styles you can use for daytime shots. As for originality, I don't think it's so much how you edit it, it's what you shoot, where you shoot, and how you set up your shots.
