Possible fix for oil starvation!

I found this article..figured it would make sense to adapt something like this..I personally don't autocross...but i do like to take the turns quickly...What do you think?

I was looking at similar things for prelubrication purposes, and they can apparently be used for either purpose. Although I think the setup is slightly different when used as an accumulator. I'm a little confused on how these systems determine when to supply oil.
