Megan catback keeps the 2nd cat.

So it's up to you - do you want less restriction, yet more noise and illegality of no cats, or more restriction, yet less noise and legality? The difference in power is probably 1-2whp...

turbos only like back pressure in the manifold. So the less restriction the better. Being catless wont be that loud no matter what... since its turbo it makes things a little more tone then LOUD.

sorry to me loud is NA CIVIC not turbo protege i ran 2.5 catless when i was turbo and it was thoarty and deep. Loud yes but not bad.

Actually I teach night school and two of the kids are very interested in my car. They loved the look/sound of the magnaflow exhaust and header combo. It's hilarious because they're always asking what I've done/doing coming up. One of them has two modded cars - an Eagle Talon and a Mitsu Eclipse. The Eclipse is turbo'ed and has a fart can exhaust w/matching ricer wing. The Talon is mostly stock w/aftermarket wheels.

Then there's another kid who wants to race me in his broke-ass Hyundai. He's got a HUGE gauge sticking out of his A-pillar. I took a look at it, and it reads fuel pressure LOL. Right now he's got a massive exhaust leak, so it's noisy as hell. I think all he's really done to it is possibly a full exhaust, though knowing the kid, probably just nickel-and-dime mods.
