The racing beat exhaust is a subtle change. You can barely tell you have an aftermarket exhaust at idle. Its a good "I don't want a loud exhaust but I want something different" exhaust.

yeah, basically I'm looking for something that isn't too fart can-ish, but not too loud and with not too much drone.. would this be the way to go?

I just realized I've only heard this on a 6s. Sorry sean :(.

anyone know the power numbes on it?
Seems like even racing beat didn't bother dynoing it or atleast publishing it if they did.

No powergains from catbacks on the 6. The restriction is prior to the catback...so any removal of restriction in the catback area just reduces your low end and adds maybe 5 in your high end, basically equaling out.

Replace everything though, and then your talking. Most of the dyno graphs from catbacks are just "tweaked" to try and show gains with them. You'll notice in most situations where they show a gain, they either have intakes added at the same time, or the dynos are done on different days, different temps, etc.

The catback is the LEAST restrictive part of the entire exhaust system. Its easy to see why you see almost zero "actual" gains with them, when you keep the rest of the system intake.

Can those parts be replaced and tweaked currently to not throw a CEL?

Yup. Just costs money.

Plan on doing this when I get back in town as long as plans don't change.
