I have a 3 month old Xtec/Prolumen 5000k H4 HID kit. They work perfectly fine, and it lights up the road great. It has a slight blue tint but mainly white. I bought this for $315 new.

originally i bought the xtec kit, but the xtec ballasts had problems. So after a month of bullshit, they finally gave me two prolumen ballasts. the bulbs are the xtec bulbs though. I still have two extra xtec ballasts if anyone is interested
