Buy a diffrent car, no performance to be had without a big price. All this headache over a few HP you won't even feel. And WTF is a Silverstar HID conversion. Silverstars are standard halogen bulbs. Neither HID nor a "conversion". You just swap out the old for the new.

I did a Moble 1 conversion on my car today, and a Napa oil filter conversion, later I'll do an 87 octane gas conversion.
