So I got my car past the 30000 mile mark. Sad.....I remember when it only had 10 =). Anyway, is there anything I should do on top of what it says in the manual? Didn't know if there was anything on the old pro that should be replaced on top of what mazda says. Thanks a lot for the info.

it's best to just follow the manual.

Do the scheduled maintenance, just don't have the dealer do it!

:) Yep. Follow the maintenance schedule, and you should be ok. I'm up to about 91,500, with no surprises whatsoever.

Did the search, while you're right, I couldn't believe what I found.....I found nothing that had to do with what I wanted to know, but thanks for the post. Thanks for the help guys, just wanted to double check with people with higher miles then myself.

Wow, just 30K? Im about to hit 99,000 on mine, I remember when I drove her off the lot with just 124 miles on it. Good times.
I didnt do much but change the oil, rotate the tires, flush the antifreeze and refill. Thats all the local Mazda dealership wa going to do to it for $450.00 I think not, but following the manual is a good idea :)

Congrats! My motor blew up at 30K. I'm over 70K right now.
