Hi everyone, just wondering if the Mazda3 s has the engine inmobilizer with the key that has to be programmed

Yes. Our 05 5 door came standard with this.

all 3s regardless of trim package come with the programmable keys... at least in the usa..... i think????..... hehehe.... pretty sure....???
