My new Guage faces don't work HELP!!!!!!!

:mad: Hello,

I have spliced into the two red wires on the far left harness behind the cluster and the green-black wire on the far right(biggest harness). I touched my red power wire from the gauge faces with all three wires mentioned above with the car on and nothing happens!!!!!!!

I have the red-black wire from the guage grounded on the metel bar behind the cluster. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to test the new guages to see if they work!?!??!? Please help. I've posted on the clubprotege forum and nobody helped :mad: Please help..........

I don't remember grounding any wires but then again it was so long ago.

what directions did you go off of ?

I think I used information from the clubprotege and probably this forum. The directions that came with the gauges were almost usless. If I don't ground any wires, do I hook both of them to the power wire? Please help, thanks!!
