Head Light Question

My wife drive a 2002 ES and I want to change the head light bulbs to something that is legal in Canada but brighter, I like the light blue lights. I do not want to cause any damage to the existing wiring or start melting things. Any sugestion of what I should look for?

Silverstar ones are great..at night, they are clean and nice white, and they are much brighter than stock especially on high-beam. I have them on mine..and i like it.
Canadian Tire sells them for between 15-30 depending on models..
mine was 25 bucks each or something like that..but 2000 models take different model so yours may be cheaper.

It tends to have short life on some people tho..
