GT spec front strut bar???

Hi all just bought a gt spec front strut bar. Im having some trouble make it fit from one strut to the other. What i was wondering is this supposed to be a tight fit, and how did everyone go about installing. To me it looks like i might have to jack my car up and take some of tension off. I just need some input thats all having alittle trouble just wanted some input on this install from some other people. How does it fit, and how did u install it.Thanks guys for the help.

It was a bolt on part...Did you loosen all the bolts on the gtspec bar first? It should go right on.
