i'm sorry, but the integra pwns the msp in every way..... i was just trying the integra vs eclipse section and it's incledibly agile, a quick engine mod and suspention and this bad boy is pullin away from the rsx, and both eclipses in both straights and corners

I actually just talked to them yesterday. I've ordered the s/b from wagner around 4 months ago (although there were some problems, everything got resolved). By no means am I dissing wagner, I just thought I'd get a few opinions from fellow msp owners. I'm just tired of waiting on my motor and driving around a POS mercedes doesn't make me any happier. got my black msp fix up!!!! tuned and ready to go. oh, and i think i may be the first dummy to purchase the fanatec speedster wheel. it's actually pretty fun. my fiance is totally into it. but i don't think they should charge that much for it. it's fun but i think it's only worth about half the price.

i think you can buy it if you choose asia as your home base, but i dunno because i picked NA... its only 20K credits (pretty accurate to real life)...

i bought the game the day it came out, and i must say, TOLD ALL YOU GT4 GUYS SO!!! :p... overall its not as good as the hype made it out to be, but the 4wheel physics engine is A LOT better than gt4, not to mention the tire engine, cars handle more realistically, react more realistically to terrain changes, are a lot touchier when it comes to tuning the suspension, brakes, etc etc...

this game is awesome, i'll be on xbox live soon enough, i'll join the team then...

Do you suggest using the stock turbo manifold or replacing it with a custom or mam mani? I was thinking about going the custom route but I'm wondering if the stock will suffice. Any opinions?

what type of access point are you using? Is it just a standalone WAP (wireless access point) or one with integrated routing/switching capabilites? If your wap has rj45 (kinda looks like a telephone wire plug) jacks in the back (not just one) then you are set. If not and It is just a wap you can still do it, you just need to install a second wired network card and provide some means of routing functionality to the computer. lemme know and I can help yah :P

I can't beleive this game has DGMotorsport and Corksport, that is so awsome! Since paint is a free option I painted mine to look like my real Protege. It's cool to see what you can really do to your Protege and then go get the parts. I put on the Wings West hood and now I really want to get one and paint the sides to match. Too bad you can't paint the DGM lip. I guess it's CF and it even adds the CF DGM grill. Same w/ the Erubuni front, it adds their grill too. This game is (first)

well its a full wireless setup. basically its setup this way: the cable modem is connected to the wireless router. the router itself is a linksys g wireless router i thinkg it is a wap54g or wrt54g series, i can find out specifically if needed. we have a wiresless expander as well from the same company so the signal reaches all around the house and down stairs. what i am wondering is if i could use a pc wireless usb, unsure if i have one lying around though. but anyways im wondering if one could work with x-box or not. my dad put a nice 42 in flat screen tv in the basement which is just incredible for gaming and anything really. and id be playing from the basement, wireless reaches there but router hooked up upstairs. i was thinking of buying on of those "x-box wireless' things they sell at compusa, there are two offered. one specifically for x-box another that is compatible with x-box and ps2 and gamecube. just wondering if this answers anything or not and what could i do to save some mula.

For using your Xbox with a wireless network, all you need is a Wireless/ethernet bridge.

If you have a PC that you can use to configure your bridge with, there is no need to get one that is made "for the Xbox".

I am very happily using my Xbox on my wireless network with a plain Netgear Wireless Bridge. No problems.

You need a capture card. I should hopefully be getting one here shortly, however I have a few buddies from HALO 2 with em so if yah need something filmed let me know :)

^^HAHA - it totally works!! I just did it. And even better is that for me I sold the engine for 45,195. I think the value it sells for has something to do with how many credits you had when you bought it the first time....as I was right around 45k. Just a theory though.

Anyway, time to max out! I'm already up to 200,000+ credits and I might go to see if it ceilings at 999,999 or what!

You gotta love the tuning menu and how you can drop your cars all the way down, they look smooth low on the game

I used to play project gotham racing 2 and it was the best because we made up games like cat and mouse, where half the people get the slowest cars and the other get the fastest ones, team up by colors. the race is for the slow cars for the first place, the faster cars help their team-mate by pushing them and crashing into other cars. that's the most fun I have everhad playing a game online.

I let my cousin borrow it, but i'm going to ask him for it. I never bought the booster pack. knockout was awsome too. those where the reasons I got into playing online.

the booster packs were worth it imo. there were some kick ass cars in them and when i lost my saved game i lost all the cars i had unlocked or purchased in career, but the boosters were saved on the live so i didnt lose all the good cars. the srt radical is a lot of fun to drive and the dodge srt10 ram

Welcome :) They aren't cheats, they're glitches. And should soon be patched up :\

Also, to do the glitch I listed above (it is suppose to be patched soon so do it and hurry up :P). You need to find someone to host the room (do it yourself and trade off a few times with the countless amount of newbs that will come to your room). To do it, go online, go to career mode (the online career mode) choose a class (s class is best) and create a circuit race. Make it 1 lap on Test Track Oval. You will now be the host of this room. Simply get a few people in there (8 is the best, you get tons of money) and start the 1 lap race. Once you have started quit the race and go back to the lobby. Once you are there, change the game options and set it to 75 laps. Instead of the people racing having to go around 74 more time, they simply finish the 1 lap and collect all of the money that you would normally get from a 75 lap race (plus the added credit from all of the folks who joined). Some people say to put it on Nurburgring when you change the laps to 75, but it only helps by a couple thousand and isn't really worth the extra effort. Now what I just explained will not help your rank or credits in anyway. So you need to find someone else to do what I just told yah. Other than that have fun :) You unlock so mandy cars and gain level (and credit) in the blink of an eye. Plus oval tracks are just fun anyway :)

nah, the drivatar is the shit, way to cool... you have to train him by doing races, and how well you perform going through the twisties determines how good your drivatar is, they also take characteristics of your driving, like the speeds that you enter turns, where you start accelerating again while leaving a turn, etc, and if you watch your drivatar driving you can actually see the techniques they use are VERY similar to the way you yourself drive... i think the problem with mine is that i barrel into corners faster than the computer would, so the drivatar is trying to mimick my style but just isn't good enough :D, so he slides out around some of the corners...

but since i made that post i worked with him some more and he got A LOT better, now with a comparable car to everything else on the track he will still walk all over them...
