Engine is actually getting dropped in today. The car HAS to be done for the big car show at Mccormicks on the 14th.

Last night i cleaned out and detailed the bare engine bay, we installed the cams and timed the engine, installed the belt, finished polishing the valve cover, and heatshield.

Engine should go in today. I'm stoppping by after work to work on it again. Tonight my goal is to take out the dash, install the DaveB rings, and pull the condoms off the bulbs to match the defis, Take off the dealer sticker on the bumper, and install the Blue Bat overlays on the rear taillights.

And thats just tonights list. YOu dont even want to see what next week will be like!

*Side note* If anyone has a stock A-Pillar I will either pay you for it, or give you my Autometer dual pod and a Autometer Air/Fuel gauge in exchange!!!

yea people on OR are dumb because they dont know shit about these cars. And there is too much money passing through it for my taste as well.

I'm trying to do the small interior stuff because (1) I want to feel like i did some part of the work on my car (2) because i enjoy working on my car and (3) because I cant garuntee that transonic would do it correctly. I mean, they have no idea what a DaveB ring is, or a Blue Bat overlay, so the small stuff like that I can do and get it done right, how I want it.

im glad you are working on your car so you can say you were a part. and people wont have anything stupid to say except maybe bad mouth transonic. i dont know anything about them, except i called them once and they were real high in price!

yea, they can be real high, or real low... I couldnt belive the deal brandon got me on my HID kit...

Also, I broke down and bought DG motorsports A-Pillars today so i wont be needing a stocker. Thanks though!
