so i F*d up the Speed

so i put on my new brake rotors today and i was out breakin them in. i took a left turn and something (i think a dog) ran out in front of the car. my tires are pretty much gone and i underestimated my new brakes stopping power and my car slid into a curb and down a ditch running over about 3 hedge bushes. i'm okay, i think i broke a toe, but the speed needs a foglight, front bumper, and the drivers side fender shroud. guess i should start looking, who wants to help me out?

yea it sucks ass...if you can get me costs on the bumper and a foglight and that plastic in the fender well that would be GREAT! gonna try to find some sort of kitted front tho. not to flashy tho.

THIS IS WORTHLESS WITHOUT PICS. So did the bushes survive? lol jk Glad to hear that you're ok. At least you wont have to replace the whole car. A few parts can always be replaced. Let me know if you need any help, although I'm better at turning a wrench than I am painting or getting scratches out.

I'll get some pics in the morning on the way to work. i just wanted to get the fuck out of the ditch before some cop drove by or a car got my plate. didn't really have time or think about taken pics. but the bumper is almost hanging off and the bushes are all fucked up. we ripped 2 of them out of the ground so that i wouldn't go back over them and one of them pulled on my bumper and pretty much folded it in half. i'll post pics after work tomorrow

That blows man. I know how you feel, my cousin took his camaro offroading in the winter when he hit a patch of ice on the road. I was with him and the first thing that we said at the same time when we stopped was oh Sh*t. I think the painting part is going to be the most expensive and the biggest pain in the butt.

the one next to the little one on my right foot. i taped it to the bigger one next to it. it hurts to move it and walk on it. can't really bend it without pain. should be fine in a few days i guess. it's a little swollen. i've broken toes before and there isn't really much you can do with them

sux to be you right know. that's all that you can do. just let it be. when I broke my litle toe my foot got almost black. but a tranny fell on my foot. try to stay off it if possible. good luck on fixing the speed.

Is your ABS not working?! You shouldn't really be able to lock up the brakes and slide?

i'm not quite sure what happened but i slid about 10 feet into the curb. i attributed it to the fact that my tires really are bald. i'm on the tread bars now. i'm gonna get the new ones on tomorrow. my steering is off too. i have to hold the wheel a little to the left to drive straight. i'm hoping an alignment will fix that tho
