Finally got my car today!!

I finally got the car!! actually the dealer only has one, and I was the 2nd one on the list. But the 1st person give it up, so I guess I'm lucky then.

Did the dealer say why #1 gave it up? Didn't like the colour or gave up waiting?

sure, but I couldn't answer any question about the performance because this is my 1st manual car, I still need more training. But any questions beside that, feel free to ask me.

I did drive on road, but it's at night. I have the front license plate spot, but license plate won't be here until 1-2 weeks.

Did your car come with the 3rd headrest in the back? The Canadian ones didn't by the sounds of it, I was wondering if that was a variation in models between countries?

What about the floormats? Do they have the MAZDASPEED logo, or Protege Logo? Also, does yours have cruise control?

Keep your right foot on the gas pedal. Hold it there until the tachometer reads about 3500rpm.
engage clutch in fully, using your right hand, shift the lever into 1st gear position.
Now, hold your breath, and slip your left foot off the clutch!!! :D
