what intercooler size?

Ok, so I'm doing a custom turbo setup on my MSP, and I was wondering if anyone knew how big you can go on an intercooler? I have found quite a few on ebay in the 28"x6"x3" range, but I'm wondering exactly the biggest you can go. Some cutting is fine, of course I don't wanna distort my bumper or anything, but I'm not affraid to heavily hack away at the support. Thanks a bunch guys! Also, if you have pictures of your custom intercooler setup, that would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!

search... the above thread lists the size of several available intercooler. Ebay has to be the worst place to look for performance. Might as well pick a starion IC.

I have a 31" long intercooler i'm putting in my msp whether or not it wants to fit. I will let you know how it goes
