You really need a thicker rear sway bar to get a total gain that's worthwhile. 20mm should be enough for what you want. Some guys have 21.5mm bars, apparently that's the thickest you can go before your little end rods snap off...
I have no idea what is available in the US market, but I know there is a lot of stuff on www.corksport.com from Canada. I think with the small P5 front strut brace a 21.5mm would be extremely oversteery and maybe even dangerous in the wet, 20mm should be fine.

a rear strut bar is a good idea also... helps eliminate body role!

For now, you can move the endlinks a little further up the stock bar by drilling new holes.

you need to make hole in the back of the car to put on a rear strut bar right? and does it really help out the body roll?

Tokico Illuminas or a full coilover setup like Tein of JIC offer. Rear strut tower bar would help too, although it cuts down on your carbgo space and you have to cut the plastic in your trunk area.

^^AGREE^^...besides, stocks are gonna give before to long. Anybody have an opinion on which aftermarkets struts provide the best ride for this guy's needs?

i've been wanting some opinions on this issue too - just hadnt gotten to the asking part yet! :D

so...
upgraded struts
rear upper strut bar (minus a bit of cargo room)
thicker rear sway bar - 20mm suggested
Tokico Illuminas or a full coilover setup like Tein or JIC

you cannot do struts AND full coilovers, just one or the other. Tokico Illuminas are struts, the five way adjustable kind versus thier regular HP struts

..... i took my car down to a good machine shop. Showed them what i needed, and they constructed me a real nice strut bar for cheap! It is made out of square aluminum, and tripods to the corners. But you don't need one that tripods, its overkill.
